China Basketball Association (Beijing) Sports Corporation, hereinafter referred to CBA Corporation, is established in Beijing today marking a solid first step towards “Two Steps” reform in CBA leagues, which has been pushed forward by all the parties concerned.
According to information released from establishment conference, there are 21 totally shareholders including CBA advertisement center of 30% shares which is a 100% owned company by the China Basketball Association, and 20 basketball clubs each accounting for 3.5% shares. The reform will undoubtedly contribute to the professional development.
